This was a very interesting interview! Descriptional analysis and traceability, both related with communication, take years! Especially when in a company's strategy is embedded a double strategic axis...! So this makes organizational alignment efficient, nevertheless the value of visual thinking and its clarity, shall be further requested in transparent information communities.
