You can see my favorite injury icon the next time you're in the Loop. Check out the warning icon on the elevator in the parking garage, next to Good Works. If you peek in the window to the elevator shaft, there's a fun "don't put your head in here or the elevator will alarmingly smack it from behind!" icon.
